CMGG held responsibility for primarily, identifying and resolving EEO/AAP areas of non-compliance for our organization due to a mandated department of labor audit, resulting in an awarded contract valued at $15m to our organization. In addition, Ms. Williams-Davis developed/implemented LES’ HR function and AAP policies, procedures and performance management systems aligned with a compliant-friendly applicant tracking system to accomplish staffing and compliance goals for our organization.

CMGG further played a key role in the ongoing coaching and subsequent development of a number of the hired individuals. If issues arose, they were
expeditious in involving all key parties and facilitating honest, equitable, and timely resolution.
