With a business-like attitude, determination to help good people do good things, as well as a history of rigorous professional training, Ms. Williams-Davis has a solid foundation allowing her to address the demands of today’s business challenges. Ms. Williams-Davis provides consulting to clients on business development and diversification, administration, compliance issues, building strategic alliances, employee relations, employee development, business operations/support services, and obtaining creative finance using cash flow systems and asset based lending programs.

She also possesses a broad knowledge and skills base in business creation and growth, management and support services and creative finance programs, talent recruitment and selection, employee relations, policy development, training and career development, organization assessment, strategic plan development and change management.

Ms. Williams-Davis’s administration, consulting, human resources management and business ownership experiences have been with companies in the services, construction, prime government contractors, transportation and manufacturing industries, as well as in non-profit organizations.

Receiving a Master’s of Business Administration with emphasis in Strategic Planning and Management from University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science with emphasis in Human Resources Administration and Management from University of Detroit Mercy, Ms. Williams-Davis is well prepared to handle your company’s needs.
